Kent Strauss began his career in real estate in 1980 as a Sales Associate for the Petrandis Realty. From 1985-1991 he worked for Capital Property Associates and Century 21 Towne Realty as a Sales Associate and Property Manager. While at Century 21 Kent was in charge of managing 425 residential units. In 1991 Kent Strauss earned his Brokers License and opened the doors to Kent Strauss Management and Realty. His many years experience in real estate sales and the leasing and management of residential houses, townhouses, duplexes, apartments and commercial properties have made his thrive throughout the last 20 years. Kent specializes in the selling, buying and management of investment properties. Today Kent Strauss Management and Realty manages over 550 units for many different owners. Kent’s expert ability to analyze residential properties, establish market lease rates, manage expenses, oversee complex repairs and rehabilitation work and provide detailed account and bookkeeping records to his clients has lead to Kent Strauss Management and Realty’s continued success. 

Elizabeth Strauss is the daughter of Kent Strauss and started working as an office assistant for the company on her summer breaks throughout high school and college. In 2005 she graduated from the University of Central Florida with a BA in Art History and returned to Kent Strauss Management to work full time as a leasing assistant. In 2006 Elizabeth moved to Washington, DC and worked as a marketing assistant for Boston Properties, a Real Estate Investment Trust that purchased, developed, leased and managed commercial buildings in the DC, Northern Virginia and Maryland area. In 2008 Elizabeth became a Florida Licensed Sales Associate and returned to Kent Strauss Management and Realty as the assistant property manager. Elizabeth has extensive knowledge of the Tallahassee area and it's rental and sales markets. She specializes in marketing and leasing current rental units and sales listings and has had extensive practice with buying and listing both investment and residential sales. Elizabeth has experience with short sales, foreclosures and 1031 exchanges. Currently Elizabeth is the leasing/marketing property manager and web master for Kent Strauss Management and Realty.

Trevor Nicoll has been working in property management since 2003. He began his career working for Property Councilors Management Group in Fort Myers, Fl and became a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in 2005. Trevor joined Kent Strauss Management in 2007 as the property manager for all of Kent Strauss Management’s rental units. During his time with Kent Strauss Management, Trevor, has become an intricate part of the company and extremely knowledgeable in the Tallahassee rental and sales markets. He has used that knowledge to profitably advise investors on buying and selling properties. Trevor has experience with foreclosures, 1031 exchanges and specializes in finding income bearing sales properties for owners that will lease successfully.
